Every Photograph has a story to tell. I focus on finding creative ways to tell those stories whether it be for Product Photography, or Landscape, the places and things that surround us have so much beauty and uniqueness to them - that often gets overlooked. My aspiration with photography is to capture that uniqueness and beauty and share their stories.
From my time in the Marine Corps to my current career as an educator, photography has always fascinated me. I've spent countless hours looking at incredible images and wondering how photographers could create something that powerful. And for a long time, I convinced myself that photography was something other people could do—not me. I told myself, "I don't know what I'm doing" or "I could never create something like that."
That changed when I stumbled across a Peter McKinnon video on YouTube. Watching his work and hearing his story completely shifted my perspective. For the first time, I thought, "Why not me?" That simple question sparked a journey that continues today. [ If this ever reaches you Peter, I would love to have a cup of coffee with you and thank you! ]
Today, my focus is on building a career in product photography while sharing the journey along the way. Through my photography and my YouTube channel, I hope to inspire others to pursue their own creative goals. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that you don't need to have everything figured out before you start.
